About The Position
Bloom Consulting is hiring a full-time Pre-ETS Coordinator (Texas Area) This position will support and coordinate all state-run Pre-ETS services across multiple school districts in partnership with our TWC (Texas Workforce Commission) contract.
Requirements
- Hold at least a bachelor’s degree
- Have experience teaching students with disabilities
- Have a foundational understanding of transition services
- Understand employment readiness and training
- Be a quick thinker and strong problem solver
- Be comfortable with technology and web-based platforms
Responsibilities
- Providing day-to-day support to contracted trainers
- Teaching classes as needed as a backup for trainers
- Coordinating schedules and staff to ensure all services are fully covered
- Ensuring all groups have the necessary curriculum and supplies
- Traveling to various schools across the Texas region to monitor services and provide on-site support
- Maintaining spreadsheets and tracking service delivery
- Reviewing monthly required documentation and providing training to trainers to ensure accurate and effective reporting
- Participating in weekly meetings with the VP of Programs to maintain high-quality service delivery
- Assisting in the development of new services
