The Pre-employment Services Instructor is responsible for providing direct care
to clients as outlined in a daily schedule. Support given will follow specific
goals and objectives of each client. This individual may work alone or in a
group setting.

Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience: Some experience in providing direct support to clients with autism, developmental disabilities, or behavior disorders preferred.
• Other Skills: Maintains safe driving record, Missouri Class E or Illinois license, and current vehicle insurance.
• Must have reliable, working vehicle with sufficient fuel at all times.

Nice To Haves

• College credit in human service or related field preferred.
• Some experience in providing direct support to clients with autism, developmental disabilities, or behavior disorders preferred.
