About The Position

The Pre-Construction Project Executive is the strategic lead for all front-end
activities required to transition a potential site from a real estate concept to
an executable project. This role oversees a multidisciplinary team responsible
for due diligence, and engineering design standards. By managing the
Design-to-Permit pipeline, this executive ensures that the project teams receive
fully vetted, permitted, and engineered site plans that adhere to Waymo’s
rapid-deployment requirements.
