About The Position

Primary Function: This position is responsible for performing various patient care activities in Preadmission Testing and providing medical and clerical support with chart preparation, patient preparation and visits. This role functions as the primary link between the patients and the pre-admission testing process. In addition, serves as liaison between the department and physician offices and practices. Job Qualifications and Specifications: A minimum of six months job-related experience or equivalent is required. Strong Medical Secretary and computer skills background, C.N.A. certification required. Requires willingness to perform phlebotomy either through current certification or hospital provided training. Previous phlebotomy experience preferred. Must possess excellent communication skills and demonstrate proficiency in computer applications. Requirements
