About The Position

The Orange County, CA office of Lewis Brisbois, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a Practice Support Analyst to support the firm’s litigation and eDiscovery departments. The role is responsible for guiding attorneys and paralegals on best practices for managing client ESI and trial technology, ensuring accurate, defensible data handling. It is responsible for processing data, building and maintaining databases, performing searches, validating search terms, resolving coding issues, and producing documents. The role is also responsible for supporting trial preparation—including exhibit management and courtroom presentation—while providing training to enhance workflow efficiency and productivity. Additional duties may be assigned as needed. Requirements

  • at least 2 years in a large law firm, with experience in data processing, eDiscovery, and trial technology
  • proficiency with tools such as Relativity, Logikcull, CloudNine, and TrialDirector/OnCue
  • Strong communication skills
  • the ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • familiarity with the litigation lifecycle and EDRM

Nice To Haves

  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • 5 years as a Litigation Support Analyst or Trial Technician
  • a paralegal certification is a plus
