About The Position

The primary responsibilities of the TCHP Practice Supervisor are to direct the
day-to-day business, technical and clinical support activities in their assigned
practice. This individual is the front-line leader in the office(s), providing
operational support in functions such as staff scheduling and coverage, quality
patient access and care, employee hiring, training and development. The practice
supervisor will work closely with and be under general supervision of the one-up
leader (practice manager or administrator).
