BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB Responsible for overseeing all of the administrative and business operations of assigned practice(s). Maintains and fosters practice success by hiring employees, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing the budgets of the practices, as well as fostering effective communication to team, providers, and senior leadership. Responsible for encouraging high performance of employees and establishing efficient workflows, policies and procedures to ensure vision of the East TN Children’s Hospital. Good communication skills, both verbal and written, with staff and providers. Strong decision making skills and attention to detail a plus. Strategic and "big picture" thinker. Efficient, organized, and resourceful. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Note: Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position. Medium lifting, pushing and pulling is required for 20-50 lbs occasionally, 10-20 lbs frequently and 10 lbs constantly to move objects.
