Practice Supervisor
About The Position
This position is responsible for providing supervisory function under the guidance of the Practice Administrator. The role involves planning, organizing, supervising, and directing office personnel and activities, and working with staff and physicians to ensure practice goals are established and attained. The supervisor will seek processes to improve efficiency in practice operations, establish and assure billing processes, medical coding, and charge recovery, and provide reports of management and supervisory activities, projects, and special corporate projects. The position requires the ability to make decisions about daily and strategic operations.
