Practice Supervisor and Manager positions are available at primary and specialty care office locations in the Sarasota and Venice areas. As a Practice Supervisor or Practice Manager with FPG, you will oversee the daily business operations of the medical practice.

Requirements

• Practice Supervisor: Require a minimum of two (2) years relevant healthcare experience.
• Practice Supervisor: Require an associate degree in business administration or equivalent field. A high school diploma and additional relevant experience will be considered on a year-for-year basis in lieu of the degree requirement.
• Practice Manager (I, II & III): Require a Bachelor degree; however, relevant work experience in healthcare or business administration in a leadership role can be substituted on a year-for-year basis in lieu of the required degree.
• Practice Manager (I, II & III): Require a minimum of three (3) years of medical practice management experience in a group of physicians that included management responsibility (staff) and for all operational areas including finance.

• Demonstrated skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships.
• Effective communication skills at all levels.
• The ability to analyze problems and consistently follow through to solution.
• Knowledge of third party payers.
• Proficiency in computer software programs including: Word, Excel, Power Point, practice management software, EMR and Outlook.
• The ability to take initiative and exercise independent judgment, decision-making, and problem solving expertise.
• American College of Medical Practice Executives (ACMPE) certification.
