• Previous recruiting experience required

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for clinical and non-clinical roles
• Partner closely with hiring managers and practice leaders
• Source and attract top talent through various recruiting platforms
• Conduct interviews and guide candidates through the hiring process
• Build strong talent pipelines for future growth
