Manages and supports the practice managers within the respective market. Manages the operation and personnel of the clinic on a day-to-day basis. Establishes practices, policies, and procedures to ensure efficient operations while providing an outstanding patient experience. Analyzes and maximizes patient flow while managing financial considerations. Plans, organizes, implements, manages, and evaluates staffing and employee competencies. Delivers performance reviews, staff recognition and staff counseling as appropriate. Ensures regulatory and accreditation standards are met and maintained for the medical group
