About The Position

Florida Digestive Health Specialists Practice Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing local partner practices in three primary areas: referral marketing coordination, digital marketing, and marketing insights and analytics. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and analytical skills, as well as a deep understanding of healthcare marketing trends and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in healthcare marketing, preferably in a multi-practice or healthcare management setting; strong understanding of referral marketing strategies, digital marketing channels, and analytics; proficiency in utilizing digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics software; knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and privacy standards is desirable.
  • 2+ years experience in marketing communications, pharmaceutical sales, graphic design or relevant work experience required.
  • Strong design, organizational, and written communication skills required.
  • Must be able to confidently navigate design and video editing software.
  • Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and/or QuarkExpress, as well as proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Preferred experience working with website content management tools (WordPress, SharePoint).

  • Designing relevant visuals for the organization’s printed materials, website, intranet, and social media platforms
  • Updating and maintaining department’s digital files for brand accuracy (presentations, forms, stationery, patient education materials, etc.
  • Assisting with provider photo and video shoots
  • Assisting with installation of signs, physician headshots, and marketing graphics at clinic and endoscopy center locations
  • Maintaining organized database of photography and video assets and marketing collateral
  • Own assignments from beginning to end, ensuring that all work is properly fact checked prior to completion
  • Ensuring compliance to organization’s branding and style guidelines
  • Performing other duties as assigned to meet the goals and objectives of the organization

Responsibilities

  • Lead development and coordinate implementation of referral marketing strategies aimed at increasing patient referrals and promoting the organization's services.
  • In partnership with Office Administrators and Physician Partners, create and maintain relationships with referring physicians and healthcare professionals to facilitate referral networks.
  • Coordinate marketing materials, campaigns, and events to coordinate referral marketing initiatives and provider recruitment with practice managers and physician partners.
  • Track and analyze referral data to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts and identify areas for improvement.
  • Devise marketing plans for new providers and new locations to grow appointment bookings
  • Community Event and Sponsorship management to promote Florida Digestive Health Specialists.
  • Lead the deployment of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.
  • Monitor and optimize digital marketing performance, including website traffic, conversion rates, and online reputation management.
  • Manage online providers accounts and engage with online communities to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create compelling content for digital channels, including blog posts, articles, videos, and infographics.
  • Collect and analyze marketing data from various sources to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on marketing campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats in the healthcare industry.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and tactics and provide recommendations to partner practices for continuous improvement.
  • Performs any other duties and/or special tasks as assigned
