Practice Manager serves as a key operations leader. Responsible for assigned staff, housekeeping, and maintenance functions at a specific office location. Works in collaboration with all clinic leaders. Delegate and assign duties to employees. Advise, aid, and seek consent from Director to coordinate and manage the activities of the assigned office location. Acts as financial leadership for the practice; Leads strategic projects related to practice growth and expansion; Develop new lines of service as applicable; Supports onboarding of new practice leaders within their region.
