About The Position

We are looking for someone to join our Memorial Medical Group team as a Practice Manager. We look forward to seeing your application! In this role, you will be required to travel across 3 locations (Jerome/Plain City, Urbana, and Marysville). What You'll Do: Responsible for the overall operations and leadership of three Urgent Care Locations; supervises the effective and efficient operation of each location by providing visible leadership and rotating through each location on a consistent and regular basis; acts as organizational liaison to Urgent Care provider group to ensure collaborative patient care. Oversees and promotes the recruitment and retention of qualified staff; develops current staff; assigns and trains staff; directs, monitors and schedules staff; evaluates and monitors performance and ensures competencies are completed; fairly and consistently reviews and makes decisions regarding leave requests. Comprehends and oversees front end billing workflow or Urgent Care, including management of EMR related work queues to monitor error and edits that require intervention; actively engages in timely and effective communication across the organization to ensure financial success of the Urgent care Sites. Works in staffing for coverage of areas in need as necessary; provides back-up and start-up assistance with other physician practices within MMG. Requirements

• High school diploma
