Requirements
- Must have prior Dental Office Experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and management skills
- Knowledge of dental terminology
- Proficiency in understanding insurance codes and processes
- Competence in using dental practice management software (experience with paperless systems preferred)

Responsibilities
- Lead and direct a dental practice, ensuring top-notch patient service
- Provide support to the dental team, ensuring productivity and organization throughout the day
- Focus on efficient patient scheduling for optimal productivity and care
- Present financial arrangements to patients
- Oversee financial operations, maintain budgets, and ensure profitability
