About The Position

Jennie Stuart Health is seeking a full-time Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Employee Health, Occupational Health, and Jennie Care Urgent Care clinics. This role is responsible for providing leadership, coordination, and operational support across these clinic areas while ensuring efficient workflows, strong staff support, and high-quality patient care. The Practice Manager will work closely with providers, staff, and leadership to support day-to-day operations, maintain compliance, improve processes, and help ensure a positive experience for patients, employees, and clients.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree or higher in a health-related field, Business Administration, or related field required
  • Management experience running a physician practice required
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of healthcare administration, clinic operations, and revenue cycle processes
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across several clinic areas
  • Strong understanding of staff supervision, workflow coordination, and operational reporting
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively with providers, staff, and leadership

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum of four years of relevant experience preferred
  • Medical office management experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations and staff within Employee Health, Occupational Health, and Jennie Care Urgent Care
  • Support hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management of clinic staff
  • Maintain staffing coverage and assist with cross-coverage planning as needed
  • Monitor timekeeping, overtime, and staffing levels in relation to department needs and budget
  • Evaluate workflow and implement process improvements to support safe, efficient, and compassionate care
  • Coordinate onboarding for new providers within required timeframes
  • Maintain compliance with clinic policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Review patient satisfaction feedback and implement improvement plans as needed
  • Assist with budgeting, supply oversight, inventory management, and financial operations
  • Support reporting, quality improvement efforts, and other operational projects as assigned
