About The Position
A facility near Belfry, Montana is seeking a full-time Practice Manager to join their team. See details below. Practice Manager Opportunity: Full-time, permanent role Monday-Friday, 9:00AM-5:00PM Leads and oversees daily operations of Rural Health Clinics (BC, IM, WIC), ensuring high-quality service, operational excellence, and strong team cohesion across all non-provider staff Collaborates with Physician Clinic and Nursing leadership to optimize workflows, and develop and implement policies that enhance efficiency and patient experience
Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree preferred or equivalent experience (minimum 2 years); must obtain CRHCP certification within one year
- At least 1 year of physician practice management experience required
Responsibilities
