GENERAL SUMMARY: The Practice Manager is responsible for the oversight of the day-to-day operations of assigned ophthalmology clinic, managing a team of clinical and non-clinical staff, ensuring high-quality patient care is delivered by providing training, monitoring performance, and maintaining compliance with clinical standards and protocols while coordinating with physicians and leadership team to optimize clinical flow and patient experience. This position will assist in the review of clinic operations and assist in the development of subsequent performance improvement plans, that will include the development of detailed work plans, schedules, resource plans, realization schedules, and status reports.
