Role Summary The Practice Manager is the operational leader of their local clinic – they are responsible for setting the culture for excellence in the patient care and experience, ensuring the effective daily clinical operations of their clinic, partnering with their Medical Directors and providers, and driving operational alignment and excellence. The Practice Manager is on-site and engaged with their local team, offering guidance and support, mentorship, and ensuring they have the tools and resources needed to deliver a world class patient experience. They partner with a robust and capable shared services team including facilities, IT, HR, finance, and marketing to keep the clinic operating smoothly. The Practice Manager directly manages local clinical leads and administrative practice support roles.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's of Arts or Bachelor's Of Science Degree
  • Minimum three (3) years of management experience
  • Direct experience leading large multi-role teams

Nice To Haves

  • Healthcare and/or hospitality experience a plus!
  • Proven success in partnering with Medical Directors and Physicians at the practice level preferred

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for direct oversight of non-clinical (front desk and administrative staff), clinical and day to day operations of the clinic including oversight of the nursing team, patient navigators, medical assistants,
  • Responsible for creating a best in class patient centered experience
  • Responsible for interventions relating to patient concerns and escalations and resolving in a timely and thoughtful manner
  • Responsible for vendor and business associate contracts at the center level including but not limited to biohazard, scrubs, cleaning services, maintenance, and regulatory visits
  • Responsible for daily nursing, patient navigator, medical assistant and front desk coordinator schedules, PTO and timecard approval
  • Responsible for QC and oversight of provider(s) schedules and templates to ensure maximizing the patient experience, creating a thoughtful and productive provider schedule and ensuring billing and regulatory compliance with patient visits
  • Hires, coaches and develops employees and responsible for regular employee training, coaching and performance reviews
  • Works collaboratively with medical directors and providers within the practice operations
  • Monitors and trends Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) within the practice operations
  • Develops, implements and coordinates training programs in conjunction with applicable departments
  • Develops and monitors corrective action strategies and action plans
  • Responsible for site level P&L and budget
