Your Role as Practice Manager As Practice Manager, you will partner closely with the Medical Director and regional leadership team to oversee business operations, strengthen team culture, and ensure operational excellence. Your leadership will be key in maintaining a positive, efficient, and inclusive workplace.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in veterinary practice management
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
Financial acumen including budgeting and KPI tracking
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
A positive, solutions-focused mindset

Responsibilities

Human Resources & Team Leadership
Recruit, train, and retain a high-performing team
Foster a culture of communication, accountability, and collaboration
Lead regular team meetings to drive alignment and shared goals
Support ongoing staff development and recognition
Address employee concerns professionally and proactively
Maintain compliance with safety, HR, and workplace protocols
Business & Financial Operations
Manage daily hospital operations to optimize workflow and client experience
Monitor KPIs and financial performance including payroll, revenue, and inventory
Collaborate on marketing, client retention, and growth strategies
Oversee equipment maintenance and practice management software
Implement and refine standard operating procedures
Promote continuous improvement and service excellence
