ABOUT THE ROLE Work Schedule & Location: This is a full-time, in-office position based in Austin, TX. The schedule is Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with no night or weekend shifts. Your Typical Day: As a Veterinary Practice Manager, you step into a fast-paced environment where your leadership keeps everything running smoothly. You manage staff schedules, oversee recruitment and training, and foster a positive workplace culture. You work closely with our vets and technicians to optimize patient care, implement efficient processes, and ensure compliance with industry regulations. Your responsibilities include overseeing inventory, coordinating with vendors, and managing budgets to keep operations cost-effective.
