Requirements

  • Experienced & Driven Leader – Management experience in the dental field is a must. You love leading, problem-solving, and executing with excellence.
  • Operations & Systems Focused – You thrive on streamlining workflows, maximizing efficiency, and making things run like clockwork.
  • Passionate About People – You excel at coaching, motivating, and supporting a team while fostering a positive, drama-free culture.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee Daily Operations – Manage scheduling, workflow, and patient experience to ensure smooth, efficient, and exceptional service.
  • Enh ance the Patient Journey – From first impressions to follow-ups , you’ll ensure that every patient feels valued and cared for.
  • Drive Growth & Success – Optimize processes, increase efficiency, and work closely with leadership to maximize productivity and financial success.
  • Build a Winning Culture – Establish strong leadership at the office level , reducing the need for escalations and ensuring your team feels empowered and supported.
