About The Position

The Beltone Practice Manager (BPM) is a practice management consultant for independent business owners in the Beltone network. This individual serves as the primary facilitator and contributor to the growth plans from a financial and operational perspective and will be a key proponent in support of business objectives. Key Role Highlights: Be accountable for the execution of the overall vision, mission, and expectations of the Beltone network owner to grow same store sales. Effectively engage and communicate with Business Owners, Providers, and Staff on an ongoing basis. Develop, communicate, and execute Strategic Business plans for the Owners, utilizing a variety of analytical tools and performance metrics. Coordinate with the Marketing Managers and pull through the implementation of multi-layered, multi-faceted plans with the ability to evaluate effectiveness and adjust plans based on KPI trends. Leverage data sources to create insights for owners that influence business strategy and measure effectiveness. Work closely with multiple departments in and outside the Organization to support growth Apply your knowledge to suggest solutions, improvements, and the advancement of existing and prospective initiatives to boost income.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing or Sales
  • Minimum of 2 years’ Experience within the hearing healthcare space - preferred
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience with a demonstrated history of increasing responsibility
  • Practice Management experience
  • Advanced PC skills to include Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Presentation Skills
  • Information gathering and evaluation skills
  • Advanced problem analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Consultative approach to uncovering needs
  • Organizational and planning skills
  • Skill in operating solo while also engaging in cooperative group dynamics
  • Capability to build trust and rapport quickly
  • Experienced at implementing new strategies and creating buy-in
  • Marketing experience required
  • Finance knowledge
  • Travel: 30%
