Requirements

High School Diploma or GED.

Nice To Haves

1-3 Years of Practice Management/Clinic experience.

Responsibilities

Responsible for supervising and participating in the daily operations of the practice.
Assigns and schedules work duties and provides orientation and training to personnel.
Monitors and oversees work activities.
Maintains medical and office supplies and is responsible for the operational budget.
Identifies and recommends improvements in work procedures.
Primary liaison between administration, physicians and outside organizations/vendors to coordinate business practices, accomplish directives, and identify and facilitate the resolution of problems within general business operations and the delivery of patient care.
Consistently promotes good customer service and effective working relationships, both internally and externally.
