ArkVets is where leaders are empowered to do all this and more. About Us: We are an established privately owned business with 2 successful clinics and are about to open our 3rd facility. We strive to have 6-8 doctors per clinic with a support staff of 4 plus staff per doctor. Each of our facilities provides state-of-the-art equipment (CT Scanner, Endoscopy, Ultrasound…) and the ability to refer cases within the ArkVets system. Our business model is general practice with urgent care same-day services offered Monday - Saturday. We are looking for an experienced, mature, and compassionate manager to help guide our team, grow the practice's community presence, and promote extraordinary client engagement. Requirements

  • Must have 5 years of management experience, in a Veterinary environment strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Managing inventory costs and turnover in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Work closely with Medical Director(s) to have a well-run facility.
  • Leading, training, and building the team in consistent execution of the company's protocols, processes, and standards.
  • Ensuring adoption, training, maintenance, and use of equipment.
  • Maintaining a clean, well-organized, and well-cared-for hospital.
  • Ownership of the hospital's online reputation.
