The group also offers outpatient surgery and endoscopy, imaging, cardiac testing, and infusion. We are seeking a full-time Practice Manager to oversee daily operations of our primary care practice located at 56 New Driftway (Suite 101) in Scituate, MA! As an Internal Medicine office, we offer a full range of primary care services for adult patients – from routine check-ups and health screenings to complex diagnostic evaluation and treatment. As a practice with 6 providers and 14 staff members (both clinical and non-clinical roles), our small yet mighty team operates in a close-knit, supportive, and collaborative practice environment. Our practice is open Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm, and the Practice Manager is expected to have onsite presence a majority of the operating hours. Success in this role calls for a leader who communicates directly and efficiently, embraces process change and optimizing workflows, sets clear goals, and uses logical, data‑driven metrics to inform decisions and continuously improve access, quality, and patient experience. Provides direct supervision of administrative and clinical support staff, and operational duties and functions.
