Position Summary: Responsible for providing overall management of practice operations for a large practice site of high complexity or multiple practice sites of moderate to high complexity in compliance with St. Luke's Medical Group policies and standards. Responsibilities include supervising personnel, managing financial performance, and implementing strategies to improve patient access, employee engagement, and provider productivity. Develops and implements processes to maximize operational efficiencies and enhance practice revenues. Responsible for promoting teamwork with all members of the healthcare team. Performs duties in a manner consistent with St. Luke's mission and values.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 5 years' supervisory experience in a medical office setting.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in clinical, business, or health related field preferred, or comparable experience.
