About The Position
Oversees the daily administrative, operational, personnel, and clinical functions of the assigned clinics. Responsible for oversight of: 7 or fewer providers or a single clinic/department. Responsible for the fiscal management of the assigned clinics Plan, process, and utilize resources to ensure goals and objectives are met. Interacts daily with physicians, staff, and patients. Develops and implements process improvements with input and instructions from committees and directors. Performs to Self Standards Assists with hiring and mentoring of team members Works with other departments and vendors as needed.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED require
- Minimum of 2-4 years physician practice management experience preferred
- Demonstrated leadership knowledge and skills
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor of Science preferred
