About The Position
BHMG Internal Medicine Full-Time Baptist Health Medical Group is hiring a Practice Manager II for its Internal Medicine practice serving Elizabethtown, KY. Job Summary: Under general supervision, this position directs and oversees all daily operations, both administrative and clinical services, for one or more physician office sites, with up to 9 providers, and up to 25 employees. Responsible for managing, planning and coordinating the operations of the office which includes supervising all office personnel, billing and collection procedures within the office, monitoring delivery of patient services, planning for space allocation, and acting as liaison with patients, businesses, hospitals and senior leadership. Requirements
- Associate's degree in business or health care related field.
- Preferably two (2) to four (4) years of relevant health care experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent leadership, analytical and project management skills.
