Practice Management Rate Analyst
About The Position
The San Diego, CA office of Lewis Brisbois, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a highly detail-oriented Rate Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with attorneys, department leadership, and cross-functional teams to manage, analyze, and maintain accurate client and matter rate structures on a national scale. This is a full-time position supporting the firm nationwide. Requirements
- Working knowledge of law firm rate processes and legal billing systems (experience with Aderant Expert Rates preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage large datasets
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration or finance/rate related role is preferred
- At least 3 years of related work experience is preferred
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with the Firm and Rate Committee policies
- Oversee client rate increases, enforcing firm minimum rates
- Support re-opening rate protocols
- Conduct rate analyses and maintain accurate rate data
