JOB DESCRIPTION The Practice Leader, Application Development and Modernization (ADM) will provide strategic direction, leadership, and operational oversight for a team of internal practice consultants who design, develop, and deliver solutions for Apex clients. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality project delivery, driving team performance, and aligning the practice's capabilities with broader business goals. The Practice Leader will manage hiring, development, and mentoring a team along with building strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients. You will collaborate cross-functionality to identity growth opportunities, implement best practices, and maintain a culture of excellence and innovation within the practice.
