About The Position

Coordinates the daily operations of a Physician Practice. Ensure the day to day operations of the practice run smoothly, safely and efficiently, policies and procedures are maintained and adhered to.

Requirements

  • AA degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated analytical ability to identify problems, develop solutions and implement a chosen course of action.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Two (2) years of experience in a healthcare environment or 4 years of experience in a similar role that has a customer service focus while supporting leadership/management. Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Assists in supervising assigned staff under the management of a practice manager/director.
  • Oversee supply management, billing process,
  • Master schedules, staffing needs, time card edits, competencies
  • Facility and IT needs, data tracking and presentation,
  • Facilitates good communication inside and outside of the clinic,
  • Assists in other clinic roles as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
