Under limited supervision, leads in the management of the overall growth of the Branch’s or Financial Advisor team’s practice. Uses extensive knowledge and skills obtained through education and experience to provide guidance to associates in resolution of moderately complex issues, client service and team project management. Directs the practice’s day to day operational functions, ensuring compliance with firm and regulatory policies and procedures. Assists with sourcing new advisors from initial contact through transition to the branch and acts in a professional sales and marketing capacity to help new and existing Financial Advisors meet sales goals. Extensive contact with internal and external customers is required to establish and maintain networking relationships that lead to creating new business.
