About The Position

Join the 16-bed General Med/Surg Unit at Aurora BayCare, where you will care for patients with long-term chronic illnesses and apply critical nursing thought processes to manage multiple disease states. This role offers a launchpad for growth, providing hands-on experience to strengthen clinical expertise within a collaborative and supportive environment alongside a dedicated team of RNs, CNAs, and LPNs. Requirements

  • Completion of an accredited or approved program in practical nursing
  • Practical Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
