About The Position

The PR Coordinator will support the day-to-day execution of public relations activities and initiatives that promote iS Clinical. This role is ideal for an early-career PR professional who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Reporting to the Sr. Director of PR, the PR Coordinator will assist with media relations, content development, event coordination, and administrative support to help increase brand visibility and engagement.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with social media platforms
  • Ability to work collaboratively while also taking initiative on assigned tasks
  • Interest in public relations, storytelling, and brand building
  • Curiosity about the skincare, beauty, and wellness industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
  • Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills required

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of experience in PR, communications, marketing, or a related internship preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the execution of PR campaigns, including product launches, brand initiatives, and events
  • Draft and proofread press releases, media alerts, pitches, and other PR materials
  • Support media relations efforts by maintaining media lists, tracking outreach, and coordinating sample requests
  • Monitor and compile media coverage and assist with reporting and analysis
  • Assist with planning and coordinating press events, product launches, and media appointments
  • Support social media and PR alignment by monitoring online conversations and sharing insights with the PR and Social teams
  • Help ensure brand messaging is consistent across PR, marketing, and sales communications
  • Assist with the creation and organization of press kits, presentations, and marketing collateral
  • Conduct research on media outlets, industry trends, competitors, and consumer insights
  • Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings, coordinating logistics, and maintaining PR calendars
  • Perform other duties as assigned
