About The Position

Position Summary As a Value Stream PPI–Lean Specialist, you will drive continuous improvement and help transform the way we work. You’ll coach and inspire teams across the Value Stream, applying Lean and Practical Process Improvement (PPI) methods to deliver meaningful results. This role blends facilitation, project leadership, and problem-solving—empowering you to make a lasting impact on both our operations and our culture. What You Will Do Champion the use of PPI, Lean, and continuous improvement tools to deliver measurable business results. Coach and mentor employees at all levels, building engagement in continuous improvement practices. Lead workshops, training, and projects that improve processes, reduce waste, and drive efficiency. Support a culture of collaboration and inclusion by fostering strong relationships across teams. Use data to identify opportunities, solve problems creatively, and guide decision-making. Apply project management skills to plan, execute, and sustain improvements. Develop written and visual materials (standard work, training guides, reports) to ensure consistency and clarity. Ensure compliance with safety, ISO standards, and regulatory requirements. Contribute to site-wide initiatives that enhance quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate student completing a Business, Supply Chain, or Engineering-related degree between December 2026 and June 2027.
  • 0 years of work experience required; previous related internships preferred.
  • Consistent track record of results demonstrating integrity, innovation, involvement, and intensity.
  • Energized through championing change, driven in getting results, and savvy in navigating ambiguity.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills with a high degree of emotional intelligence
