About The Position

Responsible for overall practice leadership, quality outcomes, care delivery, management and financial performance of the designated primary care practices(s). Works with senior leadership, physicians, co-workers and patients in a collaborative manner, assuring all policies, procedures and programs are compatible with goals and objectives of line of business

Requirements

• 3-5 years in a leadership role in a healthcare environment, physician office preferred.
• Must be able to demonstrate experience related to leadership, finance, clinical operations, service excellence, and quality outcomes measurement.
• Solid verbal and written communication skills required.
• Must be able to understand and evaluate both clinical and non-clinical roles of co-workers.
• Candidate will be expected to utilize LEAN methodologies for process improvement in each office while leading change and fostering care delivery under population health.

Nice To Haves

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Health Science, Healthcare Administration or Business Management preferred.
• Clinical or nursing licensure a plus.
