Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of leadership experience
  • 3+ years of progressive healthcare experience

Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Team Development Build, coach, and inspire a high-performing, engaged team Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous growth Support recruitment, retention, and professional development of staff
  • Operational Excellence Oversee day-to-day clinic workflows and patient flow Ensure efficient, high-quality care from first contact through follow-up Lead process improvement efforts to enhance access, service, and outcomes
  • Strategic & Financial Management Partner with leadership on strategic planning and program development Monitor budgets, productivity, and financial performance Use data to drive decisions and identify opportunities
  • Patient Experience & Quality Champion a culture of service excellence and immediate service recovery Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards Strengthen patient access, satisfaction, and overall care experience
  • Collaboration & Influence Work closely with providers, leadership, finance, and revenue cycle teams Build strong cross-functional partnerships across the organization Support system-wide initiatives and organizational goals
