About The Position

The Digital Advertising Specialist I is responsible for working with the digital advertising team and division leaders to maintain the assigned ad accounts using standards, budgets, campaign outlines, and market trends. This position requires working with divisions to coordinate content, implement content strategies, and refine ad performance. Objectives also include the research and implementation of unique content placements and channels that are coordinated with the divisional leaders to ensure our message is consistent across the entire purchase process.

  • HubSpot, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, or other ESP/CRM certifications preferred

Responsibilities

  • Monitor the tactical performance of Facebook, Google, and other primary advertising accounts and primary drivers/key performance indicators
  • Maintain PPC key health metrics and propose countermeasures as needed
  • Integrate audience segmentation throughout ad sets to ensure accurate spending on the right audiences
  • Develop cadence for ad review with the creative team to ensure content aligns with brand strategy
  • Collaborate with email, sms, and other communication channels to garner engaged audiences for ad placements.
  • Create, design, and execute ad formats in various locations that maximize placement and minimize cost, always aiming for Return-On-Ad-Spend
  • Create, develop, and enhance segmentation efforts to improve customer experience through PPC
  • Coordinate content updates as needed with the creative leadership team to grow metric performance
  • Ensure digital advertising efforts follow industry policies and best practices
  • Create daily and weekly reporting structures that follow internal management standards
  • Work within provided budgets to maximize placements and results
  • Utilize and understand campaign objective, audience, and placement standards
