It is the service advisor's responsibility to ensure that all transactions go smoothly and result in the highest levels of customer satisfaction Position Summary The Powersports Service Advisor serves as the primary point of contact between customers and the service department. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, accurately assessing service needs, coordinating repair and maintenance work, and ensuring a smooth, transparent service experience for all customers.
