About The Position

Mosites Motorsports is expanding! We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Powersports Technician to join our growing team at our North Versailles location. As a cornerstone of Western Pennsylvania’s motorsports community, we offer a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where your skills and passion for motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, PWC's and other
powersports machines will be valued and rewarded.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience as a technician in powersports, automotive, or a related field (factory training or certifications a plus)
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer literacy (service software experience preferred)
• Passion for motorcycles and powersports culture
• Valid motorcycle license or willingness to obtain one

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, and repair a wide range of powersports vehicles (motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides, PWC, and more)
• Perform routine maintenance and safety inspections
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and fuel system issues
• Install aftermarket parts and accessories
• Maintain accurate work logs and service documentation
• Collaborate with service advisors and parts department for seamless customer service
