About The Position
Powersports Sales Associate (Entry Level Welcome) Scranton Powersports Location: Vernon CT Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation: Salary + Commission + Bonuses About Scranton Powersports Scranton Powersports is a full-service powersports dealership serving riders and outdoor enthusiasts across the region. We carry a wide selection of new and pre-owned ATVs, side-by-sides, motorcycles, and utility vehicles from leading brands including Polaris, CFMOTO, Indian Motorcycle, and BRP . We’re growing and looking for motivated, reliable, and coachable Sales Associates . No prior powersports sales experience is required — we’re happy to train the right candidate who has a strong work ethic and interest in the powersports industry.
Requirements
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong communication and people skills
- Dependable, punctual, and professional
- Comfortable working weekends and a retail schedule
- Basic computer skills (email, CRM, texting)
- Valid driver’s license
Nice To Haves
- Interest in powersports, motorsports, or outdoor recreation is a plus — but not required
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers in the showroom and help them find the right unit for their needs
- Assist customers by phone, text, and email with product questions and availability
- Learn and follow Scranton Powersports’ sales process from greeting to delivery
- Work leads from our website, OEM partners, and walk-in traffic
- Present product features, accessories, and financing options
- Follow up with customers to build long-term relationships and repeat business
- Keep customer information and deal notes accurate in the CRM
- Coordinate with finance, parts, and service teams for smooth deliveries
- Maintain a clean, professional showroom and vehicle displays
- Participate in ongoing product and sales training
