Requirements

• Strong experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Plugins, AI Builder, Copilot Studio, and related architecture.
• Experience with Azure, Azure DevOps (CI/CD), .NET.
• Proven background in developing and deploying AI/ML models.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or C#
• Knowledge of AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and agile delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement AI models using Microsoft technologies (AI Builder, Copilot, Azure AI).
• Build scalable AI components and integrate with platforms like Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Power Platform, and external APIs.
• Develop and deploy ML models using Azure ML, Cognitive Services, and Bot Framework.
• Optimize AI algorithms, conduct testing/validation, and ensure reliability.
• Collaborate with data scientists and business stakeholders to define and deliver solutions.
• Document solutions and communicate effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Evaluate and apply modern AI techniques (LLMs, SLMs, RAG, embeddings) and support model fine‑tuning or custom ML development.
