- College Recommended
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- 18+ years of age
- 2 yrs prior customer service experience desired
- Basic knowledge of the workings of power and construction equipment or willingness and ability to train and learn
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English
- Basic math skills
- Able to work well unsupervised; able to work independently
- Able to work flexible hours including occasional overtime
- Good organizational skills and ability to multi-task required
- Computer skills including MS office products (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook); data entry
- Resourceful; able to use Internet search engines
- Must represent the company in a positive manner at all times
- Must be able to pass background check and periodic drug screens
