The Role The Power Coach is the field leader responsible for developing, training, and mentoring Power Associates into confident, high-performing generator experts. You are the multiplier. Your impact is measured not by your own sales, but by the performance, professionalism, and growth of the Associates you coach. You will be a call away for our Power Associates as they complete in-home consultations, providing real-time guidance and decision support when needed. You will also observe performance in the field, deliver structured and actionable feedback, reinforce our process, and help Associates graduate from Power Associate to Power Consultant.

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to travel regularly throughout assigned markets
  • Ability to pass background, driving record, and drug screening
  • Comfort using CRM and mobile tools
  • Willingness to work flexible hours to support ride-alongs and coaching sessions

Responsibilities

  • Develop High-Trust Sales Professionals
  • Lead onboarding and ramping of new Power Associates, particularly within structured cohorts
  • Model effective in-home consultation delivery when appropriate
  • Train Associates on site evaluations, load calculations, fuel considerations, placement best practices, and homeowner education
  • Reinforce consultative, pressure-free selling rooted in clarity and homeowner confidence
  • Drive Territory Excellence
  • Partner with Operations to identify recurring estimation or handoff gaps and close them through coaching
  • Collaborate with Inside Sales to improve appointment quality and market conversion
  • Maintain accountability for territory close rates, appointment completion rates, and overall performance consistency
