Requirements

• Experience: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data analytics or related field required
• Power BI Expertise: 5+ years of hands-on experience developing Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models
• System Experience: Proven experience working with Microsoft Dynamics data
• Data Modeling & Visualization Skills: Strong knowledge of data modeling and visualization best practices
• Data Warehousing Knowledge: Familiarity with data warehouse concepts
• Communication & Collaboration: Ability to clearly communicate insights and collaborate with both technical and business teams

Nice To Haves

• Professional Certification: Power BI certification strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Data Architecture & Strategy: Evaluate and design a structure for West Side Tractor raw data collection from various data sources
• Business Requirements Analysis: Gather and understand business requirements for data analysis
• Data Preparation & Transformation: Acquire, clean, and transform data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability
• Report & Dashboard Development: Design and develop Power BI reports and dashboards that meet business needs
• Advanced Analytics & Metrics: Create complex calculations and measures to support decision-making
• Data Security: Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational standards
• Issue Resolution & Optimization: Troubleshoot, resolve, and enhance Power BI reports and data models
• User Enablement & Training: Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support to end users
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve BI processes, tools, and reporting practices
