About The Position

Volare Health is seeking an experienced Power BI Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across our Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) portfolio. This role focuses on building dashboards and reports that support census, staffing, labor, agency reduction, clinical quality, and financial performance.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in data Analytics, Healthcare Informatics, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of experience developing Power BI dashboards
Experience supporting Skilled Nursing Facilities, long-term care, or post-acute healthcare
Strong Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and SQL skills
Experience working with clinical, operational, and financial healthcare data
Ability to communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders

Nice To Haves

SNF EMR experience (PointClickCare or similar)
Knowledge of PDPM and Five-Star Quality metrics
Experience with multi-facility or regional healthcare organizations
Familiarity with Azure data services and Power BI governance

Responsibilities

Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for SNF operations and performance
Develop reporting for census, payer mix, staffing ratios, overtime, and agency usage
Support clinical quality reporting (Five-Star, QMs, rehospitalizations, survey readiness)
Create dashboards related to PDPM, CMI, reimbursement, and revenue trends
Develop workforce analytics for recruitment, turnover, and time-to-fill
Integrate data from EMR/EHR, payroll, HRIS, scheduling, and financial systems
Write and optimize DAX measures, Power Query transformations, and SQL queries
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with healthcare standards
Partner with operations, clinical, finance, HR, and recruitment leaders
