About The Position

We are seeking a seasoned Power Platform Engineer to support digital transformation initiatives within federal law enforcement agencies. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of six years of experience developing secure, scalable, and user-centric solutions using Microsoft Power Apps, SharePoint platforms, with direct support experience in a law enforcement or national security environment. Design, build, and deploy custom applications using Power Apps and automate workflows with Power Automate. Architect secure and scalable solutions in SharePoint Online and SharePoint On-Premise, including custom lists, libraries, forms, and approval workflows. Integrate Power Apps and SharePoint solutions with ServiceNow and other law enforcement systems using Power Platform connectors, APIs, and web services. Ensure solutions meet DoD and federal compliance standards including FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, CJIS, and agency-specific IT security controls. Collaborate with stakeholders, project managers, and end-users from law enforcement agencies to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Provide documentation, user training, and technical support for deployed solutions in classified and unclassified environments.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 Years Experience Required
  • Demonstrated experience delivering enterprise solutions using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
  • Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online/On-Premise, including permissions management, content types, and integration with Microsoft 365.
  • Microsoft certifications such as PL-400 (Power Platform Developer), PL-600 (Solution Architect), or Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams/SharePoint Associate.
  • Active Secret or Top Secret Clearance
