About The Position

The powder coater position is to help
Coating materials under the direction and supervision of the lead. Has experience or is willing to learn how to prep materials with an etching process, hang material to move through the powder coating operations, take down materials and palletize materials for shipping

Requirements

• has a minimum of a high school education
• Would be able to show up on time for work

Nice To Haves

• previous experience for powder coating would be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists in loading and unloading materials from paint line
• Has a willingness to learn Powder coating techniques and processes
• Can take direction from Lead
• Has the capability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Helps with inspections for quality
• will help and support with using a pressure washer to rinse materials for metal prep
• Is willing to be taught or has experience in Powder Coating.
• Must be willing to work with others
• To help and support in keeping the area clean and organized
