About The Position

Powder coats per specifications. Assembles and tests products according to Engineering drawings and procedures.

Requirements

• Familiarity with hand tools helpful
• Previous powder coating experience (minimum of 2+ years)
• Able to pass pre-employment screenings
• Previous experience in Manufacturing/Job Shop environment
• Ability to accurately read a print/schematic
• Ability to follow and retain instructions
• Ability to operate machinery or industrial equipment and systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality operations to meet customer requirements
• Hang parts on racks to ensure the best quality
• Remove parts from racks and inspect for quality
• Communicate if defects or imperfections are found
• Sort products by quality
• Perform grinding, finishing and prepping
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to operate and maintain spray equipment
• good organizational and communication skills
• Attention to detail
